At 1511hrs Stations 1, 2 & 4 were dispatched to 330 S Garfield Ave for a Basement fire. Crews arrived and found malfunctioning water heater. Electric was secured to the unit. Crews were on scene for 20 minutes. Chief 720 had command. E732 responded with (7)
